Basic conditions for renting a rent a car vehicle: The vehicle can be rented by people over the age of 23 who have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
The rented vehicle must not be used:
- under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping aids or other drugs;
- for illegal purposes (e.g. criminal acts, customs and foreign currency violations...);
- for paid transportation of passengers or goods;
- for any competition, speed tests or races;
- for driving or towing other vehicles, trailers or any object;
- when it is not in driving condition;
- for driver training.
The service user is obliged:
- not to load the rented vehicle with persons or objects exceeding the permitted weight;
- that the rented vehicle does not cross the Serbian border without the consent of Atos rent a car;
- to bear the costs of used fuel;
- to ask Atos rent a car 48 hours before the return date for consent to extend the agreed vehicle usage period;
- to immediately stop driving if the odometer breaks down during use and inform Atos rent a car about the odometer breakdown as soon as possible;
- if upon returning the vehicle it is found that the odometer is damaged, to pay Atos rent a car the cost of 500 kilometers per day of vehicle use;
- to properly maintain and store the vehicle during use;
- to return the rental vehicle within the agreed period or earlier at the request of Atos rent a car;
- to use the vehicle only for personal needs and not to rent or lend it to a third party;
- to pay all fines imposed on him in connection with the use of the Vehicle and caused by his personal fault (violation of the Road Traffic Act);
- to protect the interests of Atos rent a car and its insurance company in the event of an accident:
- by recording the names and addresses of those involved in the accident and witnesses;
- by not leaving the damaged vehicle until it has been removed from the accident site and insured;
- by notifying Atos rent a car immediately about the damage, even when it is minor;
- by immediately calling and waiting, in case of major damage to the vehicle or if there are injured persons in the accident (even when the fault of other persons is obvious), the arrival of the traffic police to carry out an official investigation;
